Regenerations X
Our Services
Downsizing & Decluttering
Sorting, clearing, "Swedish Death Cleaning," and finding the right next home for what you have, at a pace that works for you. Whether it’s a closet or a whole house, we help you get started and keep moving. We can work fast or slow. Take a week, take a year, or take your sweet time.
Resale, Recycling, and Donation Options
Depending on what you’re discarding, we may be able to help you sell, recycle, donate, or otherwise responsibly dispose of your items.
Errands, Odd Jobs, Home Repairs
Need a hand with the everyday and the fix-it? We connect you with carefully chosen young people for errands and odd jobs, such as hauling, yard work, and small chores. It’s one way we help the next generation build work experience. For home repairs, we refer seasoned pros who know their trade. Either way, you get reliable help without having to go searching for it.
Not sure where to start? Call or email us and tell us what you’re facing and we’ll help you figure out the first step.
Making Room for What's Next
Downsizing and decluttering help, trusted referrals, and a curated resale store, serving the Chicago and Milwaukee areas
Our Store
Regenerations X carries only distinctive, gently-used items selected to delight the right next owner—ready to use as-is, or perfect for re-gifting.
Everything is curated from downsizing projects, estate sales, clients, and other sources.
Many people first find us here, then turn to us for help with downsizing, decluttering, or trusted mover and home repair referrals.
The name Regenerations X reflects what we believe: that things—and people—don’t just end a chapter, they move into a new one. It’s a cycle, generation after generation. A chair from someone’s downsizing becomes someone else’s favorite find.
We’re also building opportunities for young people to learn entrepreneurship and business skills, so the cycle keeps turning: one generation’s downsizing becomes another’s start.
